Matt Larson is a best-selling author, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and educator with more than two decades of experience building and scaling successful real estate businesses.
Starting from humble beginnings as a machinist in the Midwest, Matt transformed his passion for real estate into a nationwide operation that has completed more than 4,000 real estate transactions. Over the course of his career, he has invested in wholesale properties, fix-and-flips, rental properties, commercial real estate, lease options, and seller-financed transactions, giving him hands-on experience across virtually every aspect of the industry.
Matt has owned as many as 450 rental properties at one time and has completed over 1,000 fix-and-flips, thousands of wholesale transactions, and numerous commercial real estate acquisitions.
