Early Life and Education

Matthew Larson was born on August 26, 1975, in Monmouth, Illinois from parents Vicki and Gerald Larson. He graduated from Aledo High School in 1993 (now known as Mercer County High School). Larson grew up in the Quad Cities, a medium-sized metropolitan area on the Iowa/Illinois border. He has a brother named Jeff Larson and a sister.

Career

Larson began his career as a machinist, supplying parts to companies like John Deere for 14 years, working in various machine shops around the Midwest, primarily focusing on agricultural parts from 1994 to 2008.

In 2005, he transitioned into real estate, where he has since thrived, overcoming numerous obstacles and achieving remarkable success.

Currently, Larson is a full-time real estate investor. He is dedicated to teaching aspiring and experienced real estate investors tactical strategies to grow their investment businesses successfully. Larson's trainings are known for being extremely thorough, reflecting his passion for sharing his knowledge and expertise in real estate investing.

Accomplishments and Recognition

Over the years, Larson has been recognized for his contributions to the real estate industry. He has been asked to speak internationally, featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazines, and has shared the stage with several reality TV stars, best-selling authors, and multi-millionaires including personally training Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi on Single Family Home Investing.

In addition to his speaking engagements and training sessions, Larson employs over 50 virtual assistants in his real estate business name Rapid Assistants. He has completed over 1000 fix and flips, dozens of lease options, and thousands of wholesale deals, while also maintaining a large rental portfolio. He created, owned, and operated a 78,000 square foot warehouse that stocked building materials at nearly 70% below retail store prices. Larson developed a property key indexing system, unique in the United States and built a fully customized CRM like Podio Powerhouse Max that is used by real estate investors around the world.
